Mr. Delaney has spent over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, working for companies such as Eli Lilly and Company, Johnson and Johnson (Ortho Biotech), HEB Grocery Company and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President – Sales for URL Pharma Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Delaney brings significant brand and generic pharmaceutical experience in Sales and Marketing, Managed Care, Corporate Strategy, Finance/Accounting and Business Development. Mr. Delaney received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University and his M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. He joined Cadista Pharmaceuticals in April 2009.

Mr. Ward W. Barney received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Los Angeles. Mr. Barney has held numerous positions in Engineering, Operations and Product Development during his 32 years of Pharmaceutical experience with the last 16 years spent as the V.P. of Operations or Chief Operating Officer level. Mr. Barney has worked closely with the FDA at local level and in Washington, and has broad experience in large and small volume parenteral solutions, medical devices, plastic drug containers, parenteral solutions medical devices, plastic drug containers, pulmonary aerosol and solid dose manufacturing. Mr. Barney is also the holder of 11 U.S. Patents.

Mr. Mandan has over 20 years of broad financial experience, having worked in the Engineering, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries. He has worked for various Indian and German multinationals companies in India, Europe and the U.S. For the last 10 years, Mr. Mandan has been associated with Jubilant Life Sciences Limited and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Cadista in the U.S. he worked in Belgium at one of the Jubilant group companies. Mr. Mandan brings significant experience in Finance, Accounting and MIS. Mr.Mandan is a Chartered Accountant from India and is also a Certified Public Accountant (USA).

Mr. Roberts has spent nearly 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry with companies including Bausch & Lomb, Watson Pharmaceuticals and URL Pharma. In addition to marketing expertise, Mr. Roberts has extensive knowledge of supply chain management, business analytics and system implementation. Most recently Mr. Roberts held the position of Director Marketing for URL Pharma and led the marketing effort for both Brand and Generic divisions. Mr. Roberts received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and his MBA from the University of South Florida. He joined Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals in November 2009.

Mr. Dudick has spent over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, working for Teva Pharmaceuticals as the Associate Director of Marketing Operations as well as Manager of Generic Product Marketing. Most recently, he held the position of National Account Manager with Apotex Corp in support of wholesale and distributor accounts. Mr. Dudick brings a valuable understanding of building strategic relationships, contract negotiations, business analysis, customer interactions, sales reporting and supply chain management. Mr. Dudick received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. He joined Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals in September 2009.

Mr. Bane has spent 25 years working in the pharmaceutical industry in various sales and marketing positions with companies Including Schering Plough, Bristol Myers Squibb, and most recently, Covidien Mallinckrodt. Toby is both well known and well respected in the generic pharmaceutical industry and brings a wide array of customer relationships to Cadista. Mr. Bane received a B.A. degree from Bethany College and an M.B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He joined Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals in August 2009.

Mr. Miller brings almost 30 years of sales experience in the areas of branded pharmaceutical, generic pharmaceutical, consumer products sales and marketing. He has worked for Bristol Myers, Geneva Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, ESI Lederle and most recently, with Mylan Pharmaceuticals as the National Accounts Director. Mr. Miller brings a solid industry reputation along with a strong track record of sales and marketing expertise across a wide spectrum of market segments including retail trade, wholesale distribution, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager), mail order, managed care, long term care and government pharmacy. Mr. Miller received his BA in Marketing and Psychology at the University of Northern Iowa. He joined Jubilant Cadista in September of 2010.

Mr. Valsangikar served at Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories Limited from August 1998 in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently holding the position of Manager of Analytical Laboratories. Mr. Valsangikar has also worked with other leading Indian pharmaceutical companies such as Wockhardt, Lupin and Sun Pharma. He has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and his background spans key functional areas such as analytical development, validation, quality control and quality assurance. He holds an M.S. degree in Chemistry from Marathwada University in India. Mr. Valsangikar joined Jubilant Cadista’s management team in September 2003.

Mr. Monico received his Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and has served in many Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Operation positions for the past 30 years. Mr. Monico has held various technical positions at E.I. Du Pont & De Nemours Co., Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories, Inc., Schein Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and most recently with GlaxoSmithKline Co. In addition, Mr. Monico has been awarded several patents by the US Patent Office and has worked as an independent pharmaceutical consultant as well. Currently, Mr. Monico provides technical leadership at Cadista Pharmaceuticals while managing successful Engineering, Maintenance, and Metrology and Equipment Qualification programs.

Mr. Embran has spent over 33 years working in the US Pharmaceutical industry for different companies in various Director level roles in the areas of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs. Before joining Cadista, Mr. Embran worked for Barr Laboratories, Duramed Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Ormont Drug and Chemicals Co. Inc. Mr. Embran has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.

Mr. Lundberg has over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in various Quality Assurance positions with companies including Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals and Nephron Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Lundberg received a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Hiram College and an M.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry from Bowling Green State University. He joined Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals in 2005.

Mr. Richard Adkins has 30 years of commercial and clinical manufacturing, packaging, and process development experience ranging from hands-on production management to senior level operations. His background includes solid and semi-solid dose in both brand and generic pharmaceuticals. Before joining Cadista, Mr. Adkins worked for Pharmaceutics International, Shire Pharmaceuticals, King Pharmaceuticals, Sovereign Pharmaceuticals and Boots/BASF Pharmaceuticals in various management and director roles. Mr. Adkins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management at Tusculum University. He joined Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals in 2010.

Mr. Scott Butchley has 20 years of human resources experience with several pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging groups of Cardinal Health, Inc. in the US, Puerto Rico, UK & Germany. Most recently, Mr. Butchley worked as a Director with the Strong•Leader® Consulting Group providing human resources, talent management & organizational development consulting services to branded pharmaceutical clients. Mr. Butchley has a bachelor of science degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, holds a SPHR designation with (SHRM) and is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). He joined Jubilant Cadista in January 2010.
