Mat LaMonica comes to Jubilant Cadista after spending the last 12 years at Cardinal Health working in the pharmaceutical distribution business. At Cardinal Health, Mat held positions such as Consultant in Business Metrics/Analytics, Senior Program Manager in Generics Market Development and, most recently, Director of Strategic Partnership Management where he worked with generic pharmaceutical manufacturers to improve customer service levels and compliance to the wholesaler program. Mat also served as the partnership communications lead with Red Oak Sourcing and other key partners. He brings a track record of exceeding performance goals using creative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business unit profitability.

Mat received his B.S. in Finance from Miami University in 2005 and his MBA from the Ohio State University in 2013. He lives in Dublin, Ohio with his wife, Emily, and their two children Annie and Mathew. He joined Jubilant Cadista in November 2018.
