Karen Cooper
Associate Director, Supply Chain
Karen Cooper is Associate Director of Supply Chain at Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals Inc. Since joining the company in July 2006, she has played a key role in advancing supply chain performance, strengthening vendor relationships, and supporting Jubilant Cadista’s long-term growth initiatives.
Before joining Cadista, Karen built a strong foundation in procurement, vendor management, and systems integration through her work with W. L. Gore & Associates. During her tenure there, she contributed across multiple divisions—including apparel, footwear, industrial, and electronic products—where she refined her expertise in sourcing strategies, supplier engagement, and ERP system optimization.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware, with concentrations in Operations Management, Marketing, and Management Information Systems.
